CONSTRUCTİON

Construction Services, the book and execution of the construction work required by the certificate. The construction phase of the project can be divided into different phases, each with different start and end dates.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

The goals of Bay99 through structured and consistent systems and procedures implemented by a highly skilled Project Team selected according to the relevant experience and abilities of the project that Bay99 took within the Construction Management process. In essence, a capital project consists of three parties. The owner who commissioned the project and either directly finances the project or through various methods. Architect / engineer who designed the project. General contractor who oversees day-to-day operations and manages subcontractors.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

The general contractor is the party that has the responsibility to oversee a construction project and entered into the articles of association with the property owner. Our philosophy for General Contracting is to work closely proactively. It works with all members of the Project Team to identify specific project challenges and opportunities to develop comprehensive strategies to meet tight schedule and cost targets.

PRE-BUILDING SERVICES

A Modern Approach to Design-Bid-Build Method. Pre-construction services, a dream project is designed by making face-to-face meetings with the method of listening and understanding to meet a customer’s vision. Bay 99’s pre-construction services include design review, constructability analysis, value engineering as well as detailed, accurate and easy-to-understand estimates.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

We work closely with the Owner and Owner Representatives to gain a detailed understanding of our client’s vision, short and long term goals. Once the goals are set, we apply a realistic management and execution plan to achieve these goals efficiently and appropriately.

– Streamlining processes and resources to increase efficiency and effectiveness across projects and teams
– Ensuring that individual project goals are aligned with larger business goals
– Working actively to reduce and manage risk for a higher chance of success

VIRTUAL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

Allows You to Plan and Manage a Building Project
Virtual design and construction is basically a method of virtually creating a construction project before doing it in the real world. Because you first create a 3D model of a project, you will be able to correct possible errors and improve the structural integrity of your building as the construction phase begins.

As a result, you can reduce risks significantly and even lower the overall cost of your project.

Virtual design programs preferred by Bay 99:

– Autocad
– ArchiCAD
– 3D Max
– Scetchup

STATİC ENGINEERING

Static is the study of methods used to measure forces between objects. The forces are responsible for maintaining balance and causing changes in the movement or shape of the bodies. Movement and shape changes are critical to the functionality of artifacts in the man-made world and phenomena in the natural world.

Static is an essential prerequisite for many engineering branches such as mechanics, construction, aerospace, and bioengineering, which deal with the various consequences of forces.

Topics covered:

  • Forces
  • Free Body Diagrams
  • Balance of Simple Objects
  • Machines and Structures Connected by Engineering Connections
  • Cages
  • Friction
  • Moments of Inertia

MECHANICAL INSTALLATION ENGINEERING

Mechanical Installation is a series of structures and components that make up the structure of internal systems to improve the living standards of construction and comfort. It is the branch of engineering activities within the field of mechanical engineering.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Landscape architects analyze, plan, design, manage and nurture built and natural environments. Landscape architects have a significant impact on communities and quality of life. They design parks, campuses, street views, paths, plazas and other projects that help define a community.

EPOXY FLOOR COATING

Epoxy floor coating is the process by which epoxy flooring is created. Epoxy is widely used in floor covering. Epoxy floor covering consists of two-component materials. … The great thing about epoxy resin is that epoxy as a material is stain resistant, abrasion resistant, and chemical resistant.

Epoxy flooring is especially used in industrial, commercial and residential applications. This is because epoxy flooring will last for many years and offer a durable, smooth and high performance floor surface that can withstand heavy loads.

3D EPOXY FLOOR COATING

While the term “3D Epoxy Flooring” is sometimes heard on commercial construction sites, people outside of the industry may wonder what this new flooring trend is all about. After all, the average user or occupant typically thinks of floor surfaces in terms of length and width, ie two dimensions or “2D”. However, the latest flooring technologies and installation techniques change all that, bringing exciting new visual depth to otherwise flat surfaces in the form of “3D Epoxy Flooring”.

WOODEN STRUCTURES

Wood, which has been used as a building material for thousands of years, ranks second after stone in terms of its rich and narrative history in the world of construction. The chemical properties of wood are inherently complex, but despite this challenge, people have successfully used wood’s unique properties to build a seemingly limitless variety of structures. This exceptionally versatile material is often used to build homes, shelters and boats, but is also widely used in the furniture and home decoration industry.

STEEL CONSTRUCTION

Buildings from homes to car parks, schools to skyscrapers rely on steel for their strength. Steel is also used as a coating on roofs and exterior walls. Structural steel is a popular building material often used alongside concrete to create impressive and long-lasting buildings. Its versatility, sustainability and flexibility are some of the main reasons for its use as well as being a very cost effective material. With its high strength-to-weight ratio, steel can often provide a solution where other materials are not suitable.

SPACE CAGE ROOF

Space Frame structure can be defined as a rigid, lightweight, lattice-like structure. It is made of pillars that are interlocked in a geometric pattern. Space frames can be used efficiently to cover large areas with minimal internal supports. The rigidity of a space frame structures is due to the intrinsic rigidity of the triangle and the flexible loads transmitted as tension and compression loads along the length of each strut.

In architecture and structural engineering, a space frame or space structure (3D truss) is a rigid, lightweight, lattice-like structure constructed from interlocking supports in a geometric pattern. Space frames can be used to cover large areas with few internal supports. Like a lattice, a space frame is strong due to the inherent rigidity of the triangle; Flexural loads (bending moments) are transferred as tensile and compression loads along the length of each strut.
