Architect / engineer who designed the project. General contractor who oversees day-to-day operations and manages subcontractors.


The general contractor is the party that has the responsibility to oversee a construction project and entered into the articles of association with the property owner. Our philosophy for General Contracting is to work closely proactively. It works with all members of the Project Team to identify specific project challenges and opportunities to develop comprehensive strategies to meet tight schedule and cost targets.

Pre-construction services, a dream project is designed by making face-to-face meetings with the method of listening and understanding to meet a customer’s vision. Bay 99’s pre-construction services include design review, constructability analysis, value engineering as well as detailed, accurate and easy-to-understand estimates.


We work closely with the Owner and Owner Representatives to gain a detailed understanding of our client’s vision, short and long term goals. Once the goals are set, we apply a realistic management and execution plan to achieve these goals efficiently and appropriately.
